This policy explains what personal data Brenkon Holdings Limited (trading as Keeval) collects, why, and the rights you have over it. It covers our website, sign-up and the client portal.
Who we are
Brenkon Holdings Limited, which trades as Keeval ("Keeval", "we"), is the data controller for the personal data described here. We are registered in England and Wales (company no. 16987530); registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. You can reach us at hello@keeval.co.uk.
What we collect
Sign-up & enquiries: the company name, company number, sector and premises details you submit when you create an account or contact us, plus your name and email.
Clients: contact details, site and compliance records, supplier and certificate documents, and billing details needed to deliver the managed service.
Prospecting: business contact details (name, role, work email, company) of people at UK organisations we believe may benefit from the service, drawn from public and licensed business sources.
Technical: standard server logs and, where you consent, analytics cookies (see our Cookie Notice).
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
To provide the service and to administer your account — on the basis of contract (or steps prior to a contract).
To send business-to-business outreach to corporate contacts about Keeval — on the basis of legitimate interests, balanced against your rights, with a clear opt-out in every message. We do not rely on this for individual (sole-trader) subscribers.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and to keep records — on the basis of legal obligation and legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
Accredited engineers and suppliers we coordinate on your behalf, to carry out the compliance work you have asked us to arrange.
Our processors — hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing and company-data lookups — under data-processing terms. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
For clients, for the life of the engagement and for as long as we are required to retain compliance and financial records afterwards. For prospects, until you opt out or the data is no longer relevant. Sign-up and enquiry submissions are kept to follow up and improve the service.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests — including direct marketing, which we will always stop on request. Email hello@keeval.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
